The whole world had been suffering due to the Corona pandemic. The importance of health care and health care providers and professionals was brought to the attention of all of us. We salute and thank all the angels who worked day and night to bring healing and comfort to those affected by the pandemic. The importance of formal nursing education gained importance from the time of Florence Nightingale. Nursing care with compassion and professionalism leads to health restoration. The objective of St. Francis College of Nursing is to train world class health care personnel for our challenging times. The theme of World Health Day 2021 is building a fairer healthier world. As we start the new academic session in the college, I wish all the staff and students God’s blessings and every success in making a fairer and healthier world.
