AIM OF THE INSTITUTE:
The aim of the undergraduate nursing program is to:
- Prepare graduates to assume responsibilities as professional, competent nurses and midwives in providing promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative services.
- Prepare nurses who can make independent decisions in nursing situations, protect the rights of and facilitate individuals and groups in pursuit of health, function in the hospital, community nursing services, and conduct research studies in the areas of nursing practice. They are also expected to assume the role of teacher, supervisor, and manager in a clinical/public health setting.

Duration
The duration of the B.Sc Nursing program is 4 years.
Medium of Instruction
English is the medium of instruction of course for all subjects of study and examination.
Commencement of Program
The course will commence from the first week of September every year.
Admission Criteria
ELIGIBILITY
10+2 with Minimum 45% marks together in Physics, Chemistry & Biology (PCB) and 5% relaxation for SC/ST.
Age β 17 years by December 31st.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Higher secondary school certificate (10 + 2) 12th standard from recognized Board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB)
with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in PCB. English must be a compulsory subject. SC/ST candidates will be given 5 % of relaxation in aggregate marks in PCB.
AGE/PHYSICAL STANDARD: The age of the candidate should be 17 years or should complete 17 years before 31st December of the admission year. Candidate
should be physically and mentally healthy.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED WITH APPLICATION FORM:
- Application form should include attested xerox copies of:
- Marks Sheet of 12th standard.
- Mark Sheet of 10th standard.
- School leaving certificate /Transfer Certificate (TC)
- Conduct certificate from previous institution (character certificate)
- Domicile certificate.
- Migration certificate in original for candidates belonging to States outside Madhya Pradesh.
- Gap certificate.
- Caste certificate from eligible authority if belong to ST/ SC/OBC/Minority. All certificates should be signed by the competent authority.

- Candidate Aadhar Card, Samagra ID, Hitgrahi.
- Parents Adhaar Card.
- Six recent passport size photographs (one to be affixed on the application form and one on the admission ticket)
- Two stamp size photographs..
- Soft copies of all documents including photos.
Note:
1. Student is required to submit all original documents at the time of admission which will be given back after University verification.
2. Student and parents will be responsible and liable for admission cancellation if they produce false documents.
Selection Criteria :
The candidate will be selected on the basis of merit of marks obtained in 12th standard and entrance exam. Admission will be provisional till University provides eligibility.
Vacation :
Student will get 15 days winter and 30 days summer vacation. No other leave is permissible.
Eligibility For University Examination
Candidate should have 90% in theory and 100% attendance in hospital practices.
- Candidate should submit all assignments.
- Candidate should appear and clear all unit tests and pre-university examinations.
- Candidates should submit course fees.
Scholarship :
The students can avail Post Matric Scholarship for Minority and State Government Scholarship.
Fees Structure: As per AFRC guidelines.
